About The Peck Law Office

Attorney Ched H. Peck opened The Peck Law Office in 2007 after beginning his legal career with a family firm in 2005. Since 2007, we have chosen Hamilton Ohio as the location of our home office.

Since our doors opened in 2007, The Peck Law Office has grown to become one of the most trusted and experienced law offices in Butler County Ohio. We provide skilled legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, and family law, which encompasses divorce, dissolution, and child custody. We have represented thousands of individuals in Butler County, Hamilton County, Preble County, Warren County, Montgomery County, Clermont County, Green County, Ross County, Brown County, and other Ohio counties.

We are located in the Dayton Lane Historical District, at 616 Dayton Street in the city of Hamilton, Ohio located in Butler County. Our office provides clients with a discreet, private, and easy to find location. We are only a few blocks from the Butler County Domestic Relations and Common Pleas Court. Although located in Butler County, our office is conveniently located not only for family law clients residing in Hamilton, West Chester, Fairfield, and Middletown, but also for those residing in neighboring Ohio counties throughout Greater Cincinnati.

We selected Hamilton as the town to set up shop purely based upon location, safety, and convenience to our clients.

Although we are only a few blocks from the Butler County Courthouse, our office is not "downtown." We are located in the Dayton Lane Historical District, a quiet and safe residential area of Hamilton.

Located two blocks off of State Route 129, our Hamilton office offers easy access to and from all surrounding cities and towns. Although most of our practice occurs in Butler County Courts, generally 25%-40% of our cases are in Hamilton County, Montgomery County, Warren County, Preble County, and Clermont County at any given time.

Graduate St. Xavier High School, class of 1996.
Graduate Miami University, Oxford, Ohio class of 2000.

Graduate Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law, 2004
Licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2005.
Proud Father of five girls. (as of 9-2021).

Attorney Peck began practicing law in Butler County Ohio in 2005. A lifelong resident of Butler County Ohio, Attorney Peck graduated from St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati before attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Coming from a long line of attorneys and judges, (The Federal Building in Cincinnati Ohio bears his Grandfather John Weld Peck's name) Attorney Peck continued his education at the Ohio Northern University College of Law, from which he graduated in 2004.

Attorney Ched H Peck now resides with his family of all girls in West Chester Ohio. When he is not in court or helping clients, Ched enjoys the outdoors, boating, sports, and enjoys taking his children to Disney World, a vacation destination that would have been his last choice before the births of his girls.

We understand that banker's hours may not work with your work or family schedule. If you are going through a difficult time, it is probably not easy for you to call off of work, find a babysitter, or make other plans to fit an hour or more into your hectic day. For that reason, we offer phone or video consultations, evening consultations, and even weekend consultations. Our Hamilton Law Office is open during the hours above, but our attorneys will schedule evening and weekend appointments to fit your busy schedule.

I had the experience of working with Ched in December of 2015. He was upfront and honest with me. Let me know what to expect and gave me several options, he also let me know the option I did choose would not be a financially wise decision for me. He was willing to be honest and basically take money out of his own pocket by telling me truthfully I would be getting as much as I would pay him and wanted to make sure I understood that clearly.
